Sales consulting
Our usual customer for sales consulting has been an expert organization that wanted to increase sales spirit. Our consultants are focused on increasing the sales skills and willingness of the expert. On average, we have been developing the company’s sales spirit for four months. We have supported the development of sales with our SaaS systems, measuring sales activity after the creation of sales tools.
Management consulting
In management consulting, we have developed the supervisory and management skills of companies and created common rules of the game for community management work. Development has included surveying the current situation, often based on personnel satisfaction surveys, and defining and developing areas to be developed. The average duration of the projects has been eight months, including one or two development days per month.
Business strategies
A business strategy is a community’s game plan for a set period of time. If it is about active owners, the preparation of the strategy begins with the preparation of the owner’s strategy. Only after this do we move on to the business strategy. We use our SaaS systems in the formulation of the strategy due to cost efficiency and commitment to the strategy. Our clients for strategy development have been Finnish listed companies, companies owned by private equity investors, up to companies employing at least ten people. The average development work has lasted six months, including two development days per month.
Development of management team work
The management team acts as an advisory body to the company’s CEO. Naturally, good management team work strives for joint decisions. Developing the operations of the management team requires an understanding of the role of the management team, drawing up the rules of the game and being aware of the members’ personal ambitions and the channels for detecting issues.
