TERMS OF DELIVERY

Order and delivery terms for educational services, online courses and books offered by Aksios Corporation Oy (www.aksios.fi).

Private, business and educational institution customers can buy education-related products and services from Aksios Corporation Oy (Business ID 1860232-5 ) in the online store. In the online store, Finnish law and these order conditions apply.

Private and business customers can order products without registering for the service. In this case, the contact information provided by the customer is primarily used to deliver the order and process the payment transaction. The subscriber must be over 18 years of age.

Participation in online courses, webinars, etc. takes place by registering and ordering the product in question through the Shopping Cart of the aksios.fi online store. Ordering requires an email address to be provided when ordering. The use of the services requires that the customer has an internet connection and a computer or a mobile device that enables internet access.

Online courses are available to the subscriber for three (3) months from the order date , unless otherwise stated.

E-books:

The format of e-books is watermarked PDF. Unauthorized use, distribution and copying of the book’s content is prohibited in accordance with the Copyright Act. The book is protected with a watermark. Watermarking makes it possible to target the book to the customer who bought it, if necessary. This prevents possible situations of abuse.

E-books cannot be exchanged or returned.

The person who bought the e-book can download it to their own computer or mobile device on the page that opens after buying the book or from the order slip sent to their e-mail.

The e-book can be read with a PDF application (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader) on mobile devices and on a computer.

Tariff

The prices of the courses are stated in euros. The value added tax valid at any given time is included in the price of the training. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery conditions. The customer will be charged the price that the training had at the time of the order.

We do not add shipping costs to the prices of online courses (E-courses) or E-books. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery conditions.

All orders are confirmed by email. The order confirmation sent to the customer serves as a proof of payment, and no other proof is sent. The order confirmation can also be seen in the customer’s own account in the www.aksios.fi online store.

The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.

Right to change courses and cancellation conditions

In the event of an obstacle, the training place can be handed over to another person. The subscriber has the right to cancel his registration for another time free of charge no later than 7 days before the start of the training. For cancellations after this, we charge 50 percent of the payment.

In paid events, we apply the same cancellation conditions as in our trainings.

You can cancel your participation in a free event free of charge 24 hours before the start of the event. We charge 50 euros for irrevocably missing a free event. There is no charge for the free webinars, and those who have registered for the main part of the webinars will receive a recording.

Aksios Corporation Oy (www.aksios.fi) reserves the right to cancel the training or postpone its date. Those registered for the training will be notified of the cancellation or change of date 5 days before the planned start time of the training. If the training is canceled completely or moved in such a way that it is not possible for the registered person to participate in the training at a new time, the participation fee that may have already been paid will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for other costs related to participation in the training, its cancellation or rescheduling.

The customer can use the online course (e-course) within 24 hours after payment. It means that the delivery of the service to the customer has been started with the customer’s consent electronically before the end of the 14-day cancellation period for remote sales. For this reason, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to online courses purchased from the www.aksios.fi online store.

It is possible to cancel the webinar registration by sending an e-mail no later than 24 hours before the start of the webinar to aksios@aksios.fi.

Payment and invoicing

After registering for the training, Aksios Corporation Oy (www.aksios.fi) will send the invoice to the postal and e-mail address given at the time of registration. When paying by invoice, the payment term is 14 days from the date of the invoice. Delayed performance will be charged interest according to the Interest Act in force at any given time. Aksios Corporation Oy (www.aksios.fi) has the right to transfer the collection of its overdue receivables to a collection agency at the customer’s expense.

Online courses, books and E-books are paid for when ordering. We use secure Paypal and Stripe payment brokerage services.

You can pay in the online store with Paypal , Visa and MasterCard bank and credit cards. Paypal card payment is done safely with an SSL-protected payment form. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.

The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself. Paypal and courses are shown as the payee on the card invoice. Paypal forwards the customer’s payment card payment directly to the merchant.

Change

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
